Description
From the sellerThis is a vintage 6‑cup copper poaching/steaming pan featuring shallow wells and classic riveted brass handles, dating from the mid‑20th century. Pans of this style were used for gently poaching eggs or steaming small dumplings, relying on copper’s excellent heat distribution for even, controlled cooking. The pan is crafted from solid copper with six evenly spaced shallow wells. The brass handles are securely riveted, a hallmark of older copper cookware. This piece was originally part of a two‑piece set, designed to sit over a base pot of simmering water, but it also displays beautifully as standalone vintage kitchen décor.
