From the sellerJapanese manufactured Panasonic Hi-Top D cell batteries. In 1963, Matsushita Electric succeeded in developing the Hi-Top, a battery with double the shelf life of existing models. The battery was used in wide range of appliances such as electric shavers and calculators, and demand increased yet again.
