From the sellerlighter does have a few scuff marks here and there, but in over all very good condition. comes with vary case, but no box or paperwork. when tried it sparks but does not stay lit. I believe it just needs refilled, but not 100% on that. Has the guillotine cutter and it move smoothly. any questions please ask
