Vintage CM #401 Clear Top & Red Plastic Toy Bus Made In Hong Kong

It is plastic. The steering wheel loose inside the bus. Bottom is marked CM 401 Made in Hong Kong. Comes as shown in my photos. Approx 1 3/4” tall, approx 1 5/8” wide, and approx 5 1/4” long. It has some wear and scratches. It does not “go” when pulled back. I think the wheels are not working properly.
