Used in good condition. Iconic vintage stem for your 50-60s track bike. All hardware is there. condition. Rare and super cool even as a display piece. Some chrome flaking behind bolt. Bolt slightly worn, I imagine the chrome stem didn’t make for the best purchase to the forks, clamp bolt in much better shape
