Vintage Chinese Rosewood Jewelry Box Etched Brass Carved Jade Inlay Handmade

This Chinese handmade rosewood jewelry box has a bright pink satin lining and instructions for using the lock. Unfortunately the key is missing, but it appears that a metal tool could be used to work the lock. The top of the box is inset with a carved jade oval. Etched brass is found on the corners, the lock, and other decorative areas. Another piece has been left in the box by a previous owner. This does not appear to be part of the locking process, but to be on the safe side the flat brass piece will be left inside. The box measures 5" x 4" x 2.75" The original paper label is still attached on the bottom.
