Description
From the sellerCharming vintage majolica-style covered tureen featuring raised cherub (putti) figures, trees, and vibrant hand-painted detailing. The scalloped rim, three small feet, and ornate lid handle give it wonderful old-world character. Marked “Made in Japan” on the base, dating it to the mid-20th century export period. Beautiful crackle glaze throughout, consistent with age and typical of majolica ware.
