Vintage Canada Soapstone Eskimo Carved Seal Dated 1972 Made In Lake Louise Ca. Condition is used but in great shape. No nicks or cracks that I can see. It is dated in the bottom 1972. Also inscribed with “Made by Canada Eskimos. Lake Louise Canada” also has what I think is a signature and number. Is one of the largest pieces I handled. It is 7 1/4” long x 3 1/4” tall x 3” wide. All measures at the widest or tallest points. The carving is around 2 pounds. Is an amazing state sale discovery. I have seen smaller pieces in the 500 to over 1000$. Happy bindings.
