From the sellerThe picture (covered by glass) depicts fishermen in a boat and measures approximately 10 1/2" X 8 1/4". A chain surrounds all sides; a piece of chain is also present for hanging. I'm guessing it is probably a flue cover or stove pipe cover. The piece is advertising W. K. Buckingham Dry Goods, Groceries, Clothing, Shoes and Furnishing Goods Clarksville, PA. The front side is in excellent condition. The back has some paper/cardboard missing in spots and light shines through (those areas) when held up to a light. Nice advertising piece!
