Description
From the sellerFuel tank screw on lid with 4 lead inserts. I thought it was interesting that the 4 lead inserts are to keep your tractor or implement from becoming a bomb if it caught on fire. The lead is intended to melt under high heat to allow the gas to escape (likely like a giant flame thrower!) Instead of exploding like a bomb! Please see photos for size. It looks to be in great useable shape if you are restoring an IH implement.
