Vintage aluminum Cairns Senator fire helmet. Features leather front shield reading: BERLIN FD. Letters are raised leather, letters :"R" and "L" are missing part of letter. Patented Cairns "Sanitary Liner" with protective ear flaps.and leather brim pad..very clean! Brass finial cap. Metal "D" ring for hanging. No size given, I wear a size 7.5 fire helmet, it's tight on me, I'd be guessing a size 6. I think it is from Town of Berlin, possible in NY state, not 100% sure. This is a neat piece of Fire Service memorabilia, a nice addition to your collection. I have many other fire department items listed, I combine shipping, check out my store!
