From the sellerUSED, WORKING, DROP LIGHT. THE RUBBER HAND-PIECE HAS A CRACK NEAR THE TOP. THE CAGE OPENS AND CLOSES FINE. IT HAS LATCHES ON EACH SIDE. THE TOP HOOK IS A BENT NAIL. THE CORD PULLS OUT AND RETRACTS FINE.
