Up for sale is a stunning example of early 20th century (1920s-1930s)Viennese craftsmanship. This compact features a striking blue and black floral lattice enamel design on a warm bronze toned gilt brass metal base with circular Guilloche. Original mirror is present , beveled with foxing and cloudy consistency with age. Excellent vintage condition with no chips to the enamel. Has original insert for filling and dispensing powder. No puff. Base is Stamped Made in Austria and the model number 662. Functional hinge and clasp.
