Vintage Alcatraz San Francisco Bay pennant, "Class of 1999," 12"

This vintage Alcatraz, San Francisco Bay pennant is made of red felt, and was most likely made in the 1950s. The picture depicts a prisoner from "The Class of 1999." The pennant is about 12" long with 4" streamers on the flat end. The red felt was covered by a previous owner in a plastic wrap which I have left intact for protection. The left end of the pennant is stitched. There is no damage to the pennant. I have listed other vintage San Francisco pennants. Questions are welcomed.
