Vintage 1995 Phyllis Parkins Elizabeth Baby Toddler Vinyl Doll 21" W Tag

This is a gorgeous 21" collectible vinyl baby/toddler doll by Phyllis Parkins for The Collectables. She is number 63 as marked on her original hang tag, and neck. She has been stored away, and is in like new condition except the elastic on her sleeves and knickers has loosened from age. She has brown curly hair, beautiful blue eyes, and a heart shaped mouth. Her gown is gorgeous, and the detail on the bonnet is a show-stopper. She has lace trimmed knickers, and white crib shoes with a tiny pink flower. White lace and white satin ribbon accent her outfit.
