This is a vintage 1988 Looney Tunes themed Road Runner pencil featuring a sculpted cactus topper and a rotating Roadrunner suspended by a wire frame. The Road Runner rotates around the cactus. The item was manufactured in Taiwan and features the brand and copyright information on the pencil casing. The pencil body features graphics related to the cartoon character. It was designed as a collectible novelty stationery item. The cactus and Roadrunner are in very good condition. The pencil has been used as can be seen from the attached pictures.
