From the sellerThis listing is for a Vintage 1980's Tonka Kids Play/Pretend Adjustable Construction Plastic Hard Hat Helmet. It is in very good condition. It comes with adjustable bands. It has some surface scratches on the outside of the helmet from play and storage. There is a black spot on the inside band of the helmet. (Pic.7) It is from a smoke free and pet free home with one owner.
