From the seller
Item belonged to my uncle as a member of The Postal Commemorative Society. It is in slightly aged condition, with some blemishes and minor damage to first page, affected by storage in top of a closet with inconsistent climate control. The book contains: A cover page from January 3, 1977 from The Postal Commemorative Society founder. A page for the 1976 Best Stamp & a page for the 1977 Best Stamp as selected by the postal Commemorative Society Members. There are 16 First Day Cover pages, with two pages missing their FDC. Refer to photos for condition of the book, cover page, two stamp pages, and the 16 FDC pages, which includes the two pages missing their covers.
