From the sellerThe pin has a working pin attachment on the back and it is 1 1/2 inches long and 11/16 inches at the tallest point. The phrase " Out of Control was used for erratic Presidential campaigns as well as other cultural situations that had gone out of control. We are basing the 1970's date of the pin due to it being in a jewelry box that hadn't been opened since the 1970's. Please study photos as they are part of the item description.
