From the sellerThis is Mr. Caractacus Potts, as portrayed by Dick Van Dyke, in the 1968 film, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. He is a stuffed doll with his features printed on the cloth. I think his white shirt collar might be a bit yellowed, however.
