here are a set of south caroline 1967 license plates that i believe are uncirculated. there was wax paper adhered to the plates front and back. the paper was torn exposing the plates to some very sticky hard glue of some type. i used paint remover to remove the glue but unfortunately the paint came off with it. i repainted the spots with white paint that does not match the original white paint. overall, very nice for its age. the picture showing the back of plate is wax paper residue, not rust. 15.00 shipping to lower 48
