Amazing condition three way skirt marker - mark the hem of skirts by yourself with a chalk line, pin, or tailor's chalk. Box fully intact with instructions, as pictured. Includes plastic vial of powdered chalk which is still dry and flowable. Plastic fitting is intact and shows no signs of cracking. Bulb and hose are in excellent shape.
