From the sellerThis as found estate item does not appear to have been used and is in 2 pieces. this is from the Lionel engineering lab kit #3228. Each measures 4 1/2" by 2 3/8" and I believe you filled it with rubber or somethng and baked it to make the capsule, not positive.
