From the sellerThis toy is in a sort of working condition. He seems to occasionally turn on and work when standing still. But will start to turn on when you hold him and slightly shake him as seen in the video. Maybe the wiring is a weak connection or something. Toy is being sold as is. This toy is also listed and pictured in Don Hultzmans Collectors Guide of Battery Operated Toys on page 32. On a rarity scale of 1-10 it is listed as a 8!
