Vintage 1950s-60s Pixie Doll

This is a old doll found in my grandmother's things, it's been sitting in a box in the garage for 20 years. I know there's a home out there waiting for this, not sure why the bottom left leg was taped? This is a bendable doll with a metal frame although the head is made of plastic eyes open and shut when set up or laid down.
