This is a beautiful and ornate jewelry box. It needs some work, as you can see the 1 foot is bent and the “release” up top does not work. I think the arm needs to be repositioned in order for it to work (picture 8). It stands approximately 12 inches tall. The lid and the band, our beautifully decorated with embossed flowers and Birds and foliage. The manufacturers mark is Wilcox Silver Company, #1946. Beautiful piece of Victorian silver plate!
