UW Huskies signed football from 1991 Rose Bowl team, I think…?

Please see picture of signatures and condition of item I have not tried to inflate the ball. I tried to look up many of the signatures. I can see Mark Burnell, and some other players because the number is signed next to it this is not an authenticated piece of memorabilia, but I believe it is. Someone could probably spend a little bit of money to have it authenticated and inflated mounted and would be a beautiful addition to a man cave sports collection. It’s just not my area of expertise. Wanted to have a new home and if you do authenticated, please send me a picture of it completed in a place of honor!
