The collar that holds the spout on has been repaired and should be replaced,The strap that holds the vent cap on is separated and the child proof vent cap comes off hard but other than that the can looks in good shape and thats why I am starting the listing at $9.99.NOTE The package weight of 21 pounds is the dimensional weight whic is 11x16x16 divided by 139 which will give you 21 pounds.
