Collection of Smokey the Bear badges, coins, and stamps related to fire prevention and firefighting. Smokey the Bear is the iconic character created by the USDA Forest Service to promote fire safety. Lot includes: 1-perforated, gummed sheet of stamps (not legal for US post) 3- vintage “I’m Helping Smokey” tin badges (various designs, 1970-1990’s) 2- aluminum Smokey coins ( one celebrated the 40th anniversary in 1984)
