SHORT DESCRIPTION: Unusual Paperweight from Portugal Featuring a Dancer & Musician (Bailados de Portugal). circa 1930 - 1980. This paperweight has an interesting design with a dancer and accompanying musician in traditional costumes below a blue banner BAILADOS DE PORTUGAL. The design appears to be hand decorated on a white scallop edged circular enamel plaque, but it may be a ceramic transfer (decal). The plaque is set high at the top of the paperweight. Polished base.
