From the sellerThe Uniden Bearcat BC100XLT is a 100 channel, UHF/VHF handheld scanner originally released in 1987. As such, this is a purely analog scanner, but there are a surprising number of analog signals still out there. I've been able to pick up some ham operators with it bouncing off a repeater net, and it works well as a weather radio. The battery has been rebuilt a couple of times and is starting to show signs that it may need to be rebuilt again. I didn't have a charger for it, so I modified an appropriate charger (correct voltage, correct amperage, correct polarity, only had to swap out the barrel plug to match the radio).
