From the sellerAs shown in the photo it has two creases, but they are not too noticeable when unfolded. There is one small about 1/2" tear on the left side near the top (you can see it near the "4" along the left side in the first photo), an even smaller tear at the top crease (which you can see near the "8" along the top), and a super tiny one along the top near the "3".
