This item was opened but not used. It’s just been stored. Has plastic on the stainless steel utility drum still. Has extra pieces that usually come separate. Turned it on and it works just fine! Please notice the placement of the scraper when starting the machine to match the diagram in the directions. This unit needs to be run its first cycle to clean it as it is dusty and the stone needs to be cleaned properly before use. Will be shipped UPS or FedEx depending on location this item is HEAVY and will be expensive to ship.
