Description
From the sellerThis beautiful hand painted Ukrainian Woodcraft Plate was created at some point between the end of World War Two and before 1994. This signed piece was made in Keiv Ukraine bu an artist who signed his name Ю. Битко ( Bilko) Unlike Russian Lacquer Art, which is normally black, this piece is a more unusual Blue color. The plate is 8+ inches across. It has minor abrasion wear as shown in the photo which does not detract from the beautiful artwork. We bought this piece from an antique shop in Kiev in 1994.
