According to Grok this is a “unicorn” hat of its kind. In regards to finding one online, this hat is a “ghosts on the market” not one was able to come up on the internet. So unless you were a student in the 70s-80s at UCLA and happen to buy one from the student store on campus, you will never find one of these. Rare opportunity to own this unicorn. Hat is GREAT SHAPE!
