From the sellerAnd, they work. I plugged them into a friend's T-28. I could hear the local radio traffic. It also has the 2-pin jack for a microphone, with the mating connector. Mic not included. An oxygen mask, which you can find, would have a microphone in it which will plug into the attached 2-pin connector.
