From the sellerThis cover was underpaid, and as such it was marked with the classic T in a Black hexagon. Trinidad & Tobago SG D20 & D23, the 3d & 6d Dues were added to cover the cost! It was sent from the UK to Harry Lake, that Governor of Trinidad & Tobago on 7/19/1946.
