This book has been in storage for years, and is in pretty rough shape on the outside. However, the inside pages are a lot better. There is staining, rips and tears, and bubbling on the outside cover, and some stains on the bottom of the book. The inside pages are in mostly good condition. Except there is one page that has a small corner tore off, and some pages in the middle of the book has some damage on the outer edge. Also there is a pencil mark on the back cover, and the pages are pulling away from the spine. I tried to show all the flaws as best I could, in the photos.
