Todd Benzinger Game Used Cooper Bat - 1988 Boston Red Sox AL East Champions. These were made by the Cooper Bat Company following the 10/1/88 clinching of the American League East Championship. Any player who had a contract with Cooper had their names printed on barrel and then several orders were sent with "Boston Red Sox" on the barrel, such as this one. Benzinger consistantly used Louisville Sluggers throughout most of his MLB career, but his #38 is on the knob, and numerous ball marks are visible on the bottom side of the barrel...most likely used during BP during ALCS with Oakland. Winner pays shipping.
