Please see photos of three aviation stamps issued from the CCCP 1930 - 1950s. The first (cancelled) was issued in 1946-47 and depicts a Soviet Tu-2 WWII bomber in flight. The other two stamps (not cancelled) were issued in 1939 and depict a Soviet aviator. The stamps were part of my father's childhood stamp collection (starting in the 1940s) given to me as part of his estate. The stamps were kept in a binder he started as a child.
