Thomas Mann Handmade Sterling Brass Techno Romantic Bud Vase Brooch Pin Heart

The product is a very early Thomas Mann sterling and brass vase - Technoromantic brooch steampunk pin heart. It is a vintage piece from the the 70’s or 80’s . I was told this is for certain made by Thomas Mann and made in the United States. I do not see a signature however there is a mark on the right wing. The left side say handwrough. The brooch is made of sterling silver with a brass base metal, featuring a statement style with an angel theme. It is a simple bud vase pin, with a brass heart.
