hi! I received this with a lot of other toys. I cleaned it off to the best of my ability. I noticed that its still zip tied down to the plastic stand, so I'm not sure if it was ever used or played with. When I cleaned it, I noticed the switch was still in try me mode. It would slightly chirp and light up once and awhile at me. I didnt want to break the zip tie or unscrew it to worsen the condition. I will leave that to the buyer so its technically untested. The little fella is missing a bit of paint on his cheek. Thank you for looking!
