From the sellerSet of 3 Ronald Reagan Inauguration Commemorative 23kt gold stamp with American Flag postage stamp postmarked Washington D.C. January 20, 1981 by the US Postal Service. Comes with original newspaper ad from the Philadelphia Inquirer which does show some age and wear. These 3 envelopes are in great condition, no rips or tears.
