From the sellerThomas LeRoy Collins (March 10, 1909 – March 12, 1991) served as the 33rd governor of Florida from 1955 to 1961. (That was the brilliance of SEP covers – they told a “story” all by themselves!). Between 1967 and 1971, he was a player-coach.
