This is a wonderful old vintage antique Tesco brand "Test Cord" Model No. 303 for testing electric irons, ironing cords, gas or oil furnaces, motors & appliances... made by "Tester Mfg. Co." out of Akron, Ohio OH. Electrical device comes in the original canister with metal lid. This is VERY OLD. I have not tested it. But it appears to be in decent condition for its age.
