Swingline 800 Heavy Duty Staple Gun Kit from the 50s

Swingline manufactured this item in the 1950s, It is from Long Island City in New York. This is completely new. Nothing has been ever used in this kit. Staples, gun which is the 800 Heavy Duty. The detail that was used back then was just done, Now it is manufactured elsewhere with not so much detail. This wooden box that sold the gun for under $10 is totally dovetailed. The detailed concerning the contents is all pressed into the wood. The craftsmanship is amazing to see and keep as a remembrance of the way companies did to sell their items. It measures 11x4 and the lids slides open. It weighs a little over 3 pounds.
