STIHL TS800 Gas-Powered 16'' Concrete Cut-Off Saw w/ 16" Diamond Blade

Stihl ts 800 concrete saw all oem for parts or repair , pulling the starter rope can only go up or down halfway on the stroke seems to be seized and cannot complete a full revolution. Does need engine work great for parts or repair. This ts 800 model is one of the biggest concrete saws stihl makes. I cannot guarantee or warranty this saw because of the issues it has.
