From the sellerHe is wearing a huge felt hat and cape. This is from the early 1970's, and it is labelled on the bottom. It is about 3 1/2" tall. I try to point out any major issues. From my personal collection-received from Germany over the last few years in lots of Erzgebirge Christmas & misc.
