Articles on Tom Brumley, Scotty's 1979 Steel Guitar Convention, Western Swing Steel, etc. are featured in this issue. Filled with articles, tutorials, and musician profiles, this edition offers a glimpse into the world of steel guitarists during that time period. The magazine has scotch tape on the spine side plus numerous fraying but the binding is still good. Although not in the best condition, any Steel player will enjoy the articles.
