From the seller
The Central Valley National Bank, established in 1911, evolved into the Citibank Branch of Oakland California, as of 1972. I date this to the late teens based on this fact. Charles Partridge was obviously the founder of this bank. It is about 7mm (9/32 inches) thick, weighs 9 ounces Avoirdupois, and measures 81mm or 3 3/16 inches. I catalog this as L2-101 in my unpublished catalog. It was unknown to Gabriel. Sent to you postpaid by a long time eBayer with a pristine record for quality and service.
